Established in 1985, Ha’s Restaurant prides itself on their unique from-scratch approach to North American Chinese food and authentic Asian cuisine. Family owned and operated, Executive Chef Nghe Tran takes Ha’s into a new era of health conscious eating, by redefining ways of preparing traditional Chinese food. We have completely eliminated MSG and other preservatives, and reduce the use of oil, sugar and salt by up to 50%. Ha’s cuisine is from scratch, which means that there are no preservatives in any of their many homemade sauces either. This new healthier approach allows for the natural flavours of the foods to shine through.
