Windermere House has joined forces with the Windermere Lions Club and the Muskoka Lakes Rotary Club to bring Muskoka an awesome, rum inspired event on Friday, August 16th to celebrate International Rum Day and raise funds to directly support the Muskoka community flood relief efforts.

The day will include rum tastings on the Windermere House Terrace from 1-3pm and 5-7pm. Rum tastings will be accompanied by authentic steel pan drums. A $10 minimum donation is asked for guests participating in the rum tastings. Guests are also invited to join a live concert featuring The Lightening in a Bottle Country Rock Throwdown with Ty Baynton in the Windermere Pub 8:30-11:30pm. A minimum donation of $20 is asked for guests to enjoy live music and passed hors d’oeuvres for the evening.
