The Rock Grill and Patio is a full service Restaurant and Bar located within the Rock Golf Club which is an 18 Hole Public course located on the shores of Lake Rosseau. We are looking for an energetic Prep/Line Cook to join our Kitchen Team.

Under the direction of The Executive Chef, you will be responsible to:

  • Set up your prep station according to restaurant guidelines.
  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
  • Restock all items as needed throughout shift.
  • Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas We want to hear from you if you have:
  • Previous prep or line cook experience.
  • An understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, are self motivated, and organized.
  • The ability to take direction.
  • An ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • A strong work ethic and desire to exceed expectations.
  • And most importantly a positive, friendly attitude
