Job Overview
We are seeking a Resort Manager to oversee the weekend operations of our resort. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality management, with a focus on communication skills. This role requires excellent skills in maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of resort operations, including front desk management and guest services.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all guests at all times.
  • Check in and check out with booked guest and managing the requirements with guests.
  • Explaining the facilities within the property.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the cleaning team.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of front desk operations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Experience in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not required.
