Server/Bartender

We’re looking for energetic, personable, and reliable individuals to join our team as Bartender/Server at Muskoka On The Rocks – Bar & Grill. If you love creating great guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and serve guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (for bartenders)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
• Upsell food and beverage items and contribute to a positive guest experience
• Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a server or bartender (preferred, but not required)
• Smart Serve certified (required)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude, team player, and great under pressure
• Must be legal age to serve alcohol in Ontario
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.20-$18.65 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
