Leading Service: Practical Skills for Front-Line Teams & Supervisors
A practical, in-person workshop for the tourism & hospitality workforce.
Explorers’ Edge, in partnership with the Town of Huntsville, the Huntsville Lake of Bays Chamber of Commerce, and the Huntsville BIA, is pleased to offer a shorter, focused follow-up workshop building on the Inclusive Service Excellence full-day session delivered by OTEC on November 18, 2025.
We heard clearly from industry that while the full-day workshop was impactful, not everyone was able to attend. This session revisits and distills the most practical elements of inclusive service excellence, ensuring a broader range of front-line workers, supervisors, and managers in Huntsville have the opportunity to participate, build confidence, and apply best practices on the job.
Delivered by Explorers’ Edge staff alongside an industry expert, this 2-hour, hands-on session focuses on what inclusive service really looks like on the front line, day to day, moment to moment.
