
Inclusive Service Excellence Workshop
Join us for a full-day, interactive Inclusive Service Excellence workshop designed to help frontline and supervisory staff deliver exceptional, inclusive, and welcoming guest experiences. Developed and facilitated by OTEC, this highly engaging session goes beyond the basics of customer service to explore how inclusivity and diversity can drive service excellence across the tourism and hospitality sectors.
Participants will learn how to:
- Recognize and overcome unconscious bias
- Deliver service through an inclusive and anticipatory lens
- Identify “moments of truth” that elevate guest interactions
- Create empowering and welcoming first impressions
- Apply diversity and inclusion principles to professional service behavior

About your facilitator:
Kadine Cooper is a skilled speaker, facilitator, and coach with a passion for helping people improve their skills.
