Travel Package Co-Creation Lab
Let’s build bookable trips together.
Purpose – The Travel Package Co-Creation Lab is a series of in-person and online sessions hosted by Explorers’ Edge to bring together local tourism businesses, guides, makers, and experience hosts to design market-ready travel packages for the region’s new Regenerative Travel Agency (TICO-licensed).
These labs empower small and medium-sized operators to connect, collaborate, and co-create offerings that reflect the authentic spirit of our communities.
This is a hands-on workshop where we’ll turn local ideas into real, bookable travel experiences that highlight the people and places that make our region unique.
Who Should Attend
Anyone interested in seeing their business featured in regional travel packages, including:
- Accommodations and campgrounds
- Restaurants and cafés
- Outfitters, guides, and tour operators
- Retail shops, artists, and makers
- Attractions, events, and community hosts
What We’ll Explore:
- How travel packages work within the new Explorers’ Edge Regenerative Travel Agency
- What makes an experience truly “bookable”
- How to combine multiple local businesses into one seamless trip
- Opportunities to feature your business in upcoming marketing campaigns
Participants should be prepared to:
- Block time in their calendars for the full session
- Bring pricing information for their offerings
- Share ideas about package themes, target audiences, and other relevant details
- Complete a template provided at the session to capture package specifics
We’re open to developing both day itineraries and multi-night packages, with the goal of creating experiences that fit a range of visitor interests and travel styles.
Sub-regional outcomes will be reviewed to identify connections that support regional dispersion and impact across RTO12 communities.
