What you’ll do

• Craft and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks to delight our guests.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
• Process transactions efficiently using POS , handling cash and credit card payments with precision.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods, including banquets and catering events.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality while promoting menu items and specials to enhance sales opportunities.
• Stay informed about drink recipes and food offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests.

Basic qualifications

• Previous experience in a bartending or serving role within the restaurant or nightclub industry is essential.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances the guest experience.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
