Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. This role is vital in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering outstanding customer service at the front desk. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and a strong understanding of hospitality operations. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a diverse guest population and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and reservations using front desk software
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and customer service at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, processing payments, and updating guest information
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or hospitality roles is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are a plus
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally
- Knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality industry standards is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; weekend availability may be required
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with hospitality standards
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.60 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week

- This is a shift work position that requires all our Agents to be able to work all three shifts – 8am to 4pm, 4pm to midnight, and midnight to 8am. Weekends and holiday are also required
