Line/Prep Cook
Reporting to the Executive Chef, Line/Prep Cooks are responsible for assembly, cooking, plating, and garnishing of all food products according to the Executive Chef’s standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and knife skills
- Ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner
- Ensuring food quality standards by maintaining high levels of cleanliness and sanitation within the kitchen
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cohesively in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
