Frederic Dimanche, Ph.D., is Professor and Director of the Ted Rogers School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Ryerson University since 2015. Before moving to Toronto, he worked and lived in New Orleans, LA, and Nice on the French Riviera. Frederic’s expertise is in tourism and hospitality marketing and management. He published a book in French on hospitality management and another, in English, on tourism management in Russia. He currently serves on the board of the Travel and Tourism Research Association Canada as well as on the board of directors of Tourism HR Canada.
