Partner Spotlight – Bracebridge Fire and Ice Festival

The Bracebridge BIA, in partnership with Explorers’ Edge, is preparing to host the 2026 Winter Fire and Ice Festival on January 31, a signature winter event designed to strengthen tourism during the shoulder season and showcase downtown Bracebridge as a vibrant destination. This initiative aligns with Explorers’ Edge strategic priorities by driving visitation, supporting local businesses, and encouraging overnight stays during a traditionally slower period, contributing to the region’s year-round economic and community vitality.

The festival will elevate its profile as a premier winter attraction while generating incremental revenue for downtown operators, supporting local employment, and fostering collaboration among businesses. To ensure maximum reach and consistent messaging, Explorers’ Edge’s Agency of Record will lead a strategic social media campaign, complemented by local radio and digital advertising, to engage visitors and promote the festival across multiple platforms.

The project aims to attract more visitors, increase ticket sales both online and onsite, expand the festival’s visibility, and grow social media engagement to strengthen its annual following.
