RTO12 RESEARCH STUDY: Impact of COVID-19 Pandemic on Tourism & Marketing Strategy
In July and August, RTO12 undertook a significant regional-centric research study to determine traveler interests and intentions (immediate and longer-term) as a result of Covid-19. This intelligence will guide our work moving forward, and our industry recovery efforts.
On Wednesday, September 30 at 1pm, RTO12 senior staff and Peter Coish, marketing strategist, presented a summary of key insights from this research. Of particular importance are the new domestic segments that have been developed and will be targeted, replacing our previous (and long-standing) primary segment of “Ontario Explorers”.
