Canadian Guitar Quartet
The Canadian Guitar Quartet will be play in Gravenhurst as part of their 2014 concert season on November 21. Since their debut in 1999, they have drawn one standing ovation after the next, establishing a reputation as one of the finest guitar ensembles in the world. The CGQ has also performed with orchestras all over Canada and released three critically acclaimed recordings.

The Grand Seduction
Gravenhurst Fine Films presents The Grand Seduction at the Gravenhurst Opera House on December 16 at 7pm. Starring Brendan Gleeson and Taylor Kitsch, The Grand Seduction tells the story of a small community called Ticklehead. In order to survive, this dying Newfoundland fishing village must convince a young doctor (Kitsch) to take up residence by any means necessary.
