Invitation to RTO12’s Q4 Town Hall Meetings

Please join us at 1 of 6 online and in-person Town Hall meetings to update regional tourism stakeholders on the 2024-2025 Draft Business & Operational Plan, including workforce development and marketing initiatives.

The purpose of these Town Hall meetings is to connect stakeholders with the ongoing objectives of the Regional Tourism Strategy that was recently sanctioned by the Board of Directors in 2021, and to also provide opportunities to identify possible alignment with other industry initiatives, particularly for next fiscal’s Partnership Program.

Agenda items for the Town Hall Meeting include:

  • Overview of the 2024/2025 Draft Business & Operational Plan
  • Strategic Objectives & Key Initiatives, including the Work-Integrated Catalyst Housing initiative
  • Budget Allocation & Resource Planning
  • Draft Marketing Strategy
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration Opportunities
  • Q&A Session

Your presence and active engagement will be highly appreciated as we collectively chart the course for the advancement and sustainability of the regional tourism sector, which includes Algonquin Park, the Almaguin Highlands, Loring-Restoule, Muskoka, west Parry Sound district, and South Algonquin.
