Explorers’ Edge Business Supports Ecosystem Follow-up

Thank you for joining the PS Chamber and Explorers’ Edge on Thursday, October 24, at the Stockey Centre for the PSA Business Supports Ecosystem Day. Your participation in reviewing the Visitor Exit Survey partnership results with the Parry Sound Chamber was invaluable.

We hope the insights shared will support your ongoing efforts, and we appreciate the active discussions and perspectives you brought to the event.

Thank you once again for being a part of this important day.

Additional Information Items

As noted in the presentation, the program between Parry Sound Chamber of Commerce and Explorers’ Edge was part of the organizations Partnership Program in which partners align business objectives and share on the costs to meet mutually beneficial outcomes. The program has had several Parry Sound partners including the Town of Parry Sound, Museum on Tower Hill, Georgian Bay Biosphere, Parry Sound Tourism and the Parry Sound Downtown Business Association. for more information on our partnership program click here.

During the program it was noted that our organization looks to “float all boats” to ensure all areas of our benefit and prosper. This has been outlined in our 2024 – 2025 Business and Operational Plan. An example of this was our recent Add a Dash of Colour campaign & contest which assisted under-funded/under-resourced regions in developing experiences and products to build visitation and revenue for these areas.

CHCH Morning Live with Adventure Reporter Emily Vukovic toured some fantastic dining spots in the Parry Sound region during the launch of the “Add A Dash of Colour Contest”
